Bruce Gedminas, CPA

Bruce received his Associate of Science in Business from Marymount College, Palos Verdes, California in 2000.  Then obtained his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California in 2003.  His is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Bruce has been providing over nine years of tax and accounting services for individuals and businesses in manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and professtional services with a specialty in the apparel industry and start up companies.  He also regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, as well as numerous state taxing authorities.  As a tax specialist, Bruce's main focus is to utilize his knowledge and experience to develop creative solutions to reduce the overall tax burden of his clients at the federal and state levels.  This includes strategies for planning for the formation, sale, and purchase of business entities.
